How much does a website cost?
There are three sizes: Starter (one page) $1,200, Standard (up to 5 pages) $2,000 and Plus (up to 10 pages) $3,000. All prices include GST. Our first three trade clients get $500 off any size.
How long does it take?
We show you your design within 10 business days of getting your details, photos and deposit. Most of the waiting is usually on photos, so the sooner they arrive, the sooner you're live.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your web address is registered in your name and is always yours. Once you've paid in full, the website is yours too, and if you ever move away from us, we'll help you take it with you.
What do I need to give you?
A short form about your business, your logo if you have one, and 10 to 20 phone photos of your work. Phone photos are fine. Real photos of your own jobs win more customers than stock photos.
Do I have to pay every month?
Hosting & Care is $49 a month and covers hosting, backups, a monthly form check and up to 2 small changes a month. It comes with every site, but you can opt out and host it yourself. Follow-up emails, review requests and social posts are optional extras.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice in writing.
Can you fix my old website instead?
Maybe. Send us the address and we'll look at it for free. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or better to start again.
Will I be number one on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. We build your site so Google can find and understand it, and set up the basics. After that, reviews, time and your area make the biggest difference.
What if I don't like the design?
You see it before it goes live, and two rounds of changes are included. Nothing goes live until you've approved it.
